What if a company that advertises with you does not live up to the "Profession of Faith" and "Business Ethics Agreement" that they signed?
We appreciate you letting us know, either by phone or email, of any unacceptable work or behavior you have witnessed. We take this very seriously and will investigate any and all responses we receive to determine what action needs to be taken. We will take your experience into consideration when renewing them the following year.
